Apply ANYTIME during the 10/01-11/06 window to enter into the magnet school lottery. Your child has magnet points, this is the time to use them!

Q: What are magnet points?
A: Think of points like raffle tickets. Students who do not culminate from a magnet school have 1-4 "raffle tickets" to put into the magnet lottery. Student who do culminate from a magnet school have 12-16 "raffle tickets". Both sets of students get entered into the lottery, and the more "raffle tickets" you have the better chance you have of getting into the school you want.
